Lean 5S is an organizational tool for efficiency and safety in workplaces, consisting of Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain, with a focus on continuous improvement and foundational lean manufacturing. At FGIL, we have organised an internal training by our quality lead to understand about its requirement and implementation at our factory.
